We want you to enjoy your toe-ring and become a repeat customer. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please give us a chance to make it right for you!

You may within 30 days of shipping, return your toe-ring for a different style, size or refund (minus the shipping charges).

When returning items please let us know what it is we can do for you, bigger or smaller, a different style, or if you desire a refund.

Toe-rings should be returned in new condition. Please mail rings in a protected envelope, ie: place a cardboard in the envelope or place in a bubble wrap type envelope, so they are not damaged by mail sorting machines. Damaged rings will not be accepted for return or refund. If you desire to have your exchange returned via Priority Mail, please include $7 for shipping, otherwise your toe-rings will be re-mailed by regular US mail.

Because of situations out our control like wearing your rings on the beach or barefooted, toe-ring finishes will not be guaranteed after 30 days of purchase.

We recommend insuring your return and adding delivery confirmation.
